Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator will collaborate closely with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of a transaction are managed professionally and within the required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire transaction process, from contract to closing, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and tasks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other service providers.
  • Review and confirm the completeness and accuracy of contracts and related documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and other essential services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates on the status of their transactions and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Organize and secure transaction files and records efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and support staff to provide a high level of service to clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transaction coordination processes.
  • Maintain highest confidentiality and data security, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for transaction management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Capable of working during US hours.
